     Participants (5 days, October 18-23):

• Double Room: € 722,00 per person
• Single Room:  € 822,00 per person

      Trainers (8 days, October 18-26, including Trainers' Retreat):

• Double Room: € 1.196,00 per person
• Single Room:  € 1.356,00 per person

     You can ask the hotel to apply the same conditions if you wish to arrive a few days early or stay a few days longer

     to visit the area or for tourism.

       Payment Information:

     Participants will make payments directly to the hotel, in three installments:

• By March 31, 2025 – 30%
• By May 31, 2025 – 30%
• By July 31, 2025 - 40%

     Once registered (see the registration process below), you will receive the payment instructions via email.

       Cancellation Policy

     For cancellation requests received by the hotel:

• until August 18 - 100% refund;
• from August 19 to October 10 - 50% refund;

• from October 11 onwards - no refund;

       Registration Process:

• Step 1: Click on the “Register” button at the bottom of this page and complete the online registration form;
• Step 2: You will receive an email with an invoice for USD 25.00. This is a non-refundable fee to cover organizational expenses. Follow the instructions to make the payment.
• Step 3: You will receive an email from the hotel with the instructions for the first installment.
• Step 4: Make the payment to secure your room.  
• Step 5: Receive confirmation and event details via email. Another two links will be sent to your email 7 days before the due date of the following two installments.

Ideas for what to do Before or After the Retreat

These suggestions are meant to help you make the most of your time in the area before or after the Retreat. They are not part of the official retreat program, but can enrich your stay if you wish to explore the city and its surroundings.

SAN LEO

It is a small village with a glorious past that can be relived by visiting the main historical sites such as the Fort, with its exhibitions, the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the oldest religious buildings in the entire Montefeltro area, and the adjacent Medici Palace. We also recommend visiting the Cathedral of San Leone, a medieval church that is an important example of Romanesque-Lombard architecture.

An interesting fact about the Fortress of San Leo is that it was the place of imprisonment, until his death, of Giuseppe Balsamo, known as the Count of Cagliostro, a mysterious character, alchemist, and esotericist around whom numerous legends circulate.

SAN MARINO

San Marino, officially the Most Serene Republic of San Marino, also known as the Republic of San Marino, is a landlocked country in southern Europe, located in the north-central part of the Italian peninsula, on the border between the regions of Emilia-Romagna and Marche, and constitutes an enclave within Italy.

With an area of 61.19 km² and 34,132 residents, it is one of the least populous member states of the Council of Europe and the United Nations; it is also the fifth smallest state in the world in terms of area and is one of the so-called European microstates. The capital is the City of San Marino, the official language is Italian, and the San Marino dialect is also spoken. The inhabitants are called Sanmarinese. The most populous castle is Serravalle (240 inhabitants), while the least populous is Montegiardino (992 inhabitants).

URBINO

Urbino is an Italian municipality with 13,867 inhabitants, capital of the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region.

It was one of the most important centers of the Italian Renaissance, whose architectural heritage it has fully preserved. Since 1998, its historic center has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Given its artistic importance, the city is commemorated in the series of sculptures in the Vittoriano, dedicated to the fourteen noble cities of united Italy.

PARCO NATURALE REGIONALE DEL SASSO SIMONE E DEL SIMONCELLO 

The Sasso Simone and Simoncello Interregional Nature Park is a protected natural area located in the heart of Montefeltro.

The hilly landscape of Montefeltro is suddenly interrupted by the imposing peaks of Sasso Simone (in Tuscany) and Simoncello (in the Marche region). Starting from the village of Carpegna, there are trails for all levels of difficulty. Families can opt for a walk to the Hermitage of Carpegna, while more experienced hikers can tackle the climbs to the summits of the Sassi. The park protects a precious Turkey oak forest and the enchanting beech forest of Pianacquadio.
